SteriLumen UT-225 UVC Air sterilizing unit
STERILUMEN UT-225 is an air sterilization device that uses advanced UVC technology to neutralize the bacterial and viral charge of the air in indoor areas.
The powerful UVC radiation is completely isolated inside the device ensuring the safety of people nearby and therefore safely allows human presence in the room.
Its innovative design provides fast and effective sterilization of any space.
Recent studies show and that UVC is also effective on SARS-CoV-2 (virus which causes COVID-19), in doses lower than SteriLumen provides.
For the deactivation of the 99.9% of the virus a dose of 6.6 mJ/cm2 is required. UT-225 at the fastest sterilizing rate provides 16.5mJ/cm2 ,and at lowest speed provides 110.5 mJ/cm2 ,enough to deactivate the 99.999% of the virus.
